The 100 Who Care Alliance is thrilled to announce that the 2027 Leadership Conference will take place April 15-17, 2027 in Miramar Beach, Florida. This three‑day gathering brings together Giving Circle Leaders from across the U.S., Canada, and beyond to learn, connect, and strengthen the movement of collective giving.
Set along Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast, the 2027 conference will celebrate the powerful ripple effect created when everyday people come together to support their communities and the waves of change that follow.
What To Expect
Leaders will experience three days of:
• Hands‑on learning and practical tools to grow and sustain their circles
• Inspiring sessions led by experienced leaders and collective giving partners
• Meaningful connections with peers who understand the work
• Collaborative conversations that spark new ideas and shared solutions
• Time to recharge in a setting that mirrors our theme of ripples and waves
Whether your circle is brand‑new or well‑established, you’ll leave with fresh energy, new strategies, and a stronger sense of community.
The conference is being offered hybrid, so attendees can join us in-person or virtually!
Meet Your 2027 Co‑Hosts
We’re honored to partner with two incredible leaders from the Emerald Coast:
• Scott Rude, Leader of 100 Men Who Care Emerald Coast
• Kelley Fuller, Leader of 100+ Women Who Care Emerald Coast
Scott and Kelley bring deep local insight, generous leadership, and a shared passion for strengthening the giving‑circle movement. Their communities will help welcome leaders from across the world to this year’s coastal gathering.
Kelley is a dedicated community advocate, longtime military spouse, and leader committed to improving the lives of women and children across the Emerald Coast. As a thirty-year Air Force spouse, she has built a life grounded in service, resilience, and community engagement.
More than a decade ago, Kelley spearheaded a grassroots effort to establish 100+ Women Who Care Emerald Coast. She developed and presented the vision, recruited a steering committee, and secured members and sponsors, while also leading a strategic social media campaign that successfully grew the organization’s reach and impact. Her work reflects a deep commitment to collective giving and empowering women to make meaningful, local change. Since the creation of the local giving circle, Kelley and the steering committee have assisted four other groups, two in Florida, one in SC, and MS, in establishing their own giving circle groups.
Kelley is also a strong supporter of the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program, recognizing its vital role as a powerful and effective voice advocating for the best interests of Florida’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children.
In addition, she is actively involved with the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women (OCCSW), an organization dedicated to eliminating barriers to achievement for women through research, education, and communication, while honoring those who have made significant contributions to the community.
Through her leadership, advocacy, and passion for service, Kelley continues to strengthen organizations that uplift women, protect children, and foster a more equitable and compassionate community.
Scott was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A proud USAF veteran, he earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Iowa State University. He spent 40 years in corporate strategy and human resources, including four years as a business instructor at the University of Iowa just before moving to Florida in 2020.
Scott and his wife Jean relocated to the Emerald Coast in 2020. They have two grown daughters who were attending college in Iowa and Boston at the time of the move. While living in Iowa, Scott was actively involved with 100 Men Who Care Hawkeye. Upon arriving here and discovering there was no similar men’s giving group, he founded the 100 Men Who Care – Emerald Coast giving circle.
The chapter has grown to more than 120 members and has distributed nearly $150,000 to local nonprofits supporting children, families in crisis, veterans, and the homeless in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. This September, 100 Men Who Care Emerald Coast will celebrate its five-year anniversary.
Scott currently serves his giving circles leader. His wife Jean is an active member of 100 Women Who Care Emerald Coast. Together, they are passionate about creating simple and effective ways for people to make a meaningful difference in the Emerald Coast community.
