Hosting a Virtual Meeting

Through a partnership with Philanthropy Together the 100 Who Care Alliance is able to provide the use of it’s Zoom account to 100 Who Care giving circles who are meet quarterly virtually or through a hybrid model.

If you are an established giving circle, or you are about to launch a new giving circle and you have already filled out the Giving Circle Intent Form, you may search the calendar below for an available date/time and submit a Zoom Request Form.

If you are interested in using the 100 Who Care Alliance Zoom account for your next virtual giving circle, please locate an available date and time prior to filling out the Alliance Zoom Request Form.  Meetings can not be scheduled back to back, meaning if a meeting ends at 7:00 PM, the next meeting can not start until 7:30pm.

Reserve Your Virtual Meeting Time

After viewing the calendar and selecting an available meeting time, please complete and send this form. Requests will be honored in the order in which they were received. We can not guarantee that we will be able to honor any requests made with less than two weeks lead time.

This calendar is provided for planning purposes only.  Please be aware that we try to keep this as up to date as possible, but in some instances your desired date and time may not be available after you’ve submitted your form.
